Learning Goals

The student will be able to select, understand and apply appropriate statistical and machine-learning tools in the analysis of
quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of business scenarios.

Program in pills

Collection and management of structured and unstructured data within a (business) organization. Use of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to address questions that are relevant to some business process (marketing, sales, customer retention, etc) and to support decisions and take actions. Customer base analysis: customer segmentation and profiling. Financial analytics.
